I am BJ Summers a registered nurse with more than 25 years of experience who has seen firsthand how our healthcare system often treats symptoms instead of addressing root causes. His passion is helping people reclaim their health through strength training, smarter nutrition, lifestyle choices, and by learning how to navigate a system that is not designed to make us thrive.
BJ is the author of Thriving in a Sick Society, a book that challenges outdated norms and shows how everyday people can take control of their health in a world that profits from illness.
